Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior or rescheduled at least 2 [two] hours prior to scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 10 minutes for arrival is allotted to all appointments. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by calling the office directly to receive a cancellation confirmation email. Failure to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner {as stated above} will result in forfeiture of any fee(s) paid.
